$10k Reward Offered For Information In Murder of Ramapo Taxi Driver

RAMAPO, NY – The family of Luis Guaman-Espinoza are offering a $10,000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest & conviction of the Person(s) responsible for the shooting death of Guaman-Espinoza.

Luis Guaman-Espinoza, 28 of Nanuet, who was a cab driver for International Taxi of Spring Valley, was found shot several times in the back of his taxi on June 28, 2019. He was later pronounced dead at Nyack Hospital.

The murder occurred at the rear parking lot of CVS at 274 Old Nyack Turnpike in South Spring Valley (Across from Chestnut Ridge Village Hall) at 8:36 a.m. on June 28, 2019.

FBI Offers $25,000 Reward for Information Leading To A Conviction In The Murder of Nicholas Jasiel In Spring Valley

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Nicholas Jasiel.
At approximately 9:00 p.m., on December 7, 2019, 19-year-old Nicholas Jasiel was shot while in the street at the corner of Dwight Avenue and Mallory Road in the Hillcrest section of Spring Valley, New York, resulting in his death.

RPD Arrest Two Men After Attempted Walmart Escape, Facing Larceny and Drug Charges

Two males are currently detained following an attempted escape from Walmart after allegedly committing a larceny. The footage, captured by RAPTOR-1, one of Ramapo PD’s D.F.R. drones, shows the suspects being apprehended. They are facing arrest and charges for larceny and possession of illegal drugs. One suspect also has a warrant out of Stony Point Police Department for a prior larceny.
