Please join the Clarkstown police department and celebrate the retirement of P.O. Andrew Kelly. Officer Kelly began his distinguished career with the Clarkstown Police Department in July 2006, following an impressive service record with the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his military service, he has been a licensed paramedic with New York State and served with the Greenwich Police Department.
Throughout his career, Officer Kelly exemplified leadership and dedication. As a member of the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) and a skilled police sniper, he showed extraordinary commitment to keeping his fellow officers and the community safe. Additionally, Officer Kelly played a pivotal role as a drill instructor at the Rockland County Police Academy for 10 years, shaping the future of law enforcement by instilling discipline, integrity, and leadership in recruits.
