The guest speaker for the ceremony was Mark Woods, Deputy Director of Rockland County Veterans Service Agency. The Town unveiled a new statue titled the ‘Fallen Soldier Memorial Battlefield Cross’ at the Promenade of Heroes. (pictured below)
