9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit Comes to West Nyack this Weekend, Remembering Rockland & 9/11 Heroes – FDNY Firefighters and Brothers Tommy & Danny Foley.

Tommy and Danny Foley grew up in West Nyack and were graduates of Clarkstown South High School. Tommy a member of the elite FDNY Rescue 3 (a special operations unit in the FDNY) tragically was killed on 9/11. After weeks of an exhaustive search, Danny would find his brother. Danny would later follow in Tommy’s footsteps and become a member of Rescue 3. Danny would pass away in 2020 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

The 9/11 mobile museum a family day of reflection, education, and remembrance is this Saturday (October 2) from 11am – 8pm and on Sunday (October 3) from 11am – 6pm at Germonds Park (185 Germonds Park Road) in West Nyack. The day will include educational experiences and family and entertainment activities. Suggested donation of $20 per family – all proceeds go directly to 9/11 Education Foundation.

Danny and Tommy Foley were American heroes and will never be forgotten. More information on the flyer below. 🇺🇸

Nyack Chamber of Commerce Presents Spring Fest Street Fair April 13th

April 13th rain or shine from 10am to 5pm on Main Street and Broadway in Downtown Nyack. Celebrate SpringFest with live bands, great food, and hundreds of vendors offering unique crafts, jewelry and more!

Families and fun-seekers shouldn’t miss this special event, featuring 200 vendors with something for everyone. Jewelry, art, photography, collectibles, antiques, quality handmade crafts, unique gifts, and much more. The fair features great food, and outdoor dining.

Parking is free throughout the village on Sundays, both on the street and in our five municipal parking lots. Directions to Nyack and parking info are available on the Visit Nyack webpage.
