Brothers Barbecue in the Palisades Center Mall is Open
WEST NYACK, NY – The menu is Southern barbecue with specific influences from both North Carolina (the family hails from the outerbanks of North Carolina) and Texas. Meat cooked in their smokers, featuring chicken, brisket, sausage, ribs, pulled pork, and chopped pork.
Additional eats include soul food-influenced sides and entrees — wings (prepared from never frozen chicken), mac and cheese, burgers, fried chicken, shrimp & grits, cheesesteaks, and fries are among some of the choices.
The restaurant recently opened and is located on the fourth floor in the Palisades Center Mall
