Former Marine and Rockland Businessman Barry Fixler makes a $5,000 donation to the Purple Heart Patriot Project

BARDONIA, NY – Former Marine and Rockland Businessman Barry Fixler makes a $5,000 donation to the Purple Heart ๐Ÿ’œ Patriot Project.

The Purple Heart Patriot Project provides an all-expense paid trip to Purple Heart recipients from across the country to visit the museum dedicated as a tribute to their service, the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, and other historic sites connected with the Purple Heart.

The multi-day event will be taking place during the week of September 26, 2021, and will feature tours of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, historic Washingtonโ€™s Headquarters where the Badge of Military Merit originated in 1782, and a private tour of the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor โ€“ the museum dedicated to paying tribute to our nationโ€™s combat wounded.

RCCโ€™s Visual and Performing Arts Department Announces the 27th Season of the Rockland Shakespeare Company

The Rockland Community College Visual and Performing Arts department is excited to announce the 27th season of the Rockland Shakespeare Company. This season will feature performances of “Macbeth” and “A Midsummer Nightโ€™s Dream” in the Cultural Arts Theatre, located on Rockland Community College’s main campus at 145 College Road, Suffern, New York.
The performances will begin on Friday, July 12th, and run through July 20th, starting at 7:00 pm each evening.
All performances are free and open to the public.
