Nyack Commercial Contest Must Submit By May 15, 2025

Help spread the word about Nyack, NY – especially to folks in NYC and the tri-state area. Winners who create up to a 5 minute commercial to attract guests and visitors to Nyack can win $1,000 for first place, $500 for second place, $250 for third place.

Show the beauty, the quirks, the stories, secrets, and soul that make Nyack special. Be bold, be edgy, be different! The top 3 commercials will be used in YouTube Ads for Visit Nyack in 2025 and 2026.

Contest Rules:
Commercial must not exceed 5 minutes.
Please include the Visit Nyack logo.
Please use either original music or any music used must be registered for use at easysong.com. Please submit with proof of song registry.
All actors must sign release forms.
All entries must be submitted by May 15, 2025.

Martin Luther King Jr. “I Have A Dream” Spirited Peace And Equality

Martin Luther King Jr. was a social activist and Baptist minister who played a key role in the American civil rights movement from the mid-1950s until his assassination in 1968. King sought equality and human rights for African Americans, the economically disadvantaged and all victims of injustice through peaceful protest. He was the driving force behind watershed events such as the Montgomery Bus Boycott and the 1963 March on Washington, which helped bring about such landmark legislation as the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act. King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964 and is remembered each year on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a U.S. federal holiday since 1986.
