Spring Valley Police Department’s Lt. Chignard Noelizaire Graduates from FBI National Academy

SPRING VALLEY, NY — Spring Valley Police Department Lieutenant Chignard Noelizaire has joined an elite group of law enforcement professionals after graduating from the highly prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Lt. Noelizaire was one of 239 officers selected from across the globe to complete the intensive 10-week program.

The 294th session of the FBI National Academy featured law enforcement leaders from 48 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, 14 international countries, six military organizations, and four federal civilian agencies. This milestone places Lt. Noelizaire among the top echelon of law enforcement professionals worldwide.

“This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of family and the trust and encouragement from my agency,” said Lt. Noelizaire. “I am deeply honored to represent the Spring Valley Police Department on such a distinguished platform.”

Lt. Noelizaire’s graduation is a proud moment for the Spring Valley Police Department, reflecting the agency’s commitment to professional development, leadership, and community-oriented policing.

Congratulations to the 53rd Graduating Class of the Ramapo Police Youth Academy!

Tonight’s ceremony marked the culmination of weeks of hard work, discipline, teamwork, and dedication. Watching the cadets march onto the field was a proud moment for all involved and a true reflection of the commitment they demonstrated throughout the academy.

A special thank you to the Ramapo Town Board for their continued support of this program, as well as the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office and the Spring Hill Ambulance Corps for their participation in making this program such a success. Your partnership helps provide these young men and women with an unforgettable experience and valuable life lessons.
