Stony Point Police Department Apprehended Two Individuals With Outstanding Warrants For Their Arrest

On February 4, 2025, at approximately 6:45 AM, the Stony Point Police Department and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office Intelligence Division conducted a Warrant Investigation at an address in Tomkins Cove, NY. The location was known to house numerous individuals with outstanding Criminal Warrants from the area and out of state.

Officers arrived on scene and interviewed the homeowner and several individuals that were inside of the residence. The above-listed defendant, Robert J. Keahon, had an outstanding Warrant from Worcester County, Massachusetts for several Forgery, Identity Fraud, and Larceny charges. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Stony Point Police Department for processing. Defendant Keahon was arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Jail awaiting extradition to Massachusetts.

Officers also located the above-listed defendant, Americo Sousa, who had a Bench Warrant from the Clarkstown Town Court for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th and Vehicle and Traffic Violations. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Stony Point Police Department for processing. Defendant Sousa was turned over to the Clarkstown Police Department.

There were at least two subjects that reside at the residence that were not at the location at the time of this investigation that have outstanding warrants from Spring Valley, Clarkstown, and Bronx, NY. The investigation continues.

Haverstraw Police Department Arrest Haverstraw Man For Menacing and Weapon Possession

Michael Green, 57, has been arrested by the Haverstraw Police Department in connection with a menacing incident involving a firearm. The arrest follows an investigation that began on March 19, 2025, when police responded to a report of an altercation in the Village of Haverstraw. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the victim and began their investigation. Additional police units canvassed the area and were able to locate and identify the suspect, Michael Green.

The investigation continued with the search for video evidence, which led to the execution of a search warrant at Green’s home. During the search, police found a loaded firearm.

As a result of the investigation, Green faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree (Class C Felony), Menacing in the 2nd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor), and Harassment (Violation). Green was arraigned in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court and was then remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility.

It is important to note that a criminal complaint is an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Haverstraw Police Department Arrested and Charged Nyack Man With Petit Larceny

On January 27, 2025, the Haverstraw Police Department shared an image of a person involved in a larceny investigation at a local business. On March 19, 2025, Sandy MartinezRodriguez, 33, from Nyack, NY, was identified as the suspect, located, and charged with petit larceny. After being processed, he was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court.

Chief John J. Gould Jr. stated, “This demonstrates the unwavering commitment of our department to pursue suspects until they are caught.”

It is important to remember that a criminal complaint is only an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
