ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY – While a Sophomore in college, Werlien Prosperie III, founder and CEO of 360Fuel and Gas Pump TV conceptualized a connected fueling technology company. He has now turned his vision into reality and is on track to becoming the largest technology company in the fuel industry.

Joseph S. Chabot, Rockland native, community activist and former candidate for NYS Assembly District 97 is an advisor and business ambassador for the company. Palisades Mall Reopens The Iconic Ferris Wheel

The 60-foot tall attraction is the only indoor Ferris Wheel in New York. It is now open daily in the Food Court from 12:30 to 8 PM. The mall will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, January 18th from 12 to 3 PM that’ll feature live entertainment and half-price rides for all guests. The Ferris Wheel had been part of Palisades Center since the mall opened in 1998. The carousel was removed in 2021 and replaced with a rock climbing wall. – WRCR.

UCB will differentiate itself by having a fun urban/multicultural vibe and friendly service. Our coffee is sourced from La Colombe, a specialty roaster that offers coffee/espresso that is a step up from Starbucks, Dunkin’, and the other coffee shops in the area.”
