BRONX, NY – Juan Rodriguez of New City (Rockland County), was in court on Saturday, he was arraigned on two counts of manslaughter and two counts of criminally negligent homicide in the tragic death of his twin one-year-olds who were left inside a hot car for over 8-hours on Friday.
He pleaded not guilty to two counts each of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on $100,000 bail.
Rodriguez has hired high powered New York City Criminal Defense Attorney Joey Jackson. Jackson, who may look familiar to you, is currently a legal analyst for CNN and HLN.
