The Suffern Police Department in conjunction with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office arrested Gustavo Roche, 43 year old of 4 Praire Avenue in Suffern, NY.
After a 4 am SWAT team raid, the search discovered over 60 grams of heroin and cocaine, numerous unidentified pills, an abundance of narcotics packaging material, $57,000 in cash, brass knuckles, an illegal switchblade and a loaded Glock 9mm handgun which was reported stolen last month here in Rockland County.
Upon further investigation it was determined that the suspect Gustavo Roche was a 6-time convicted felon.
Charges:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree: 2 counts
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree: 3 counts
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree: 4 counts
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree: 1 count
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th: 1 count: possessing a stolen firearm.
Additional charges may be added pending lab results.
