BounceU in Nanuet Announces Permanent Closure Due to Covid-19

Published

on

NANUET, NY – BounceU, a place for children to release energy in a safe, enclosed atmosphere located in Nanuet announces that it will be closing permanently. The ownership posted the following statement on their Facebook page.

To All our Customers and Friends,
First and foremost, we hope this note finds all of you doing well during this time of extreme stress and uncertainty.
It is with profound sadness that we announce that this location will be closing permanently.  My family, and our dedicated staff worked tirelessly over the past 5 years to make BounceU Nanuet a safe and fun environment for the children in and around Rockland County.  Unfortunately, the current unprecedented events surrounding COVID19 and the ongoing and prolonged forced closure of our business by NY State, put us in a position that is simply not recoverable.  This is heartbreaking for us as we poured alot of love into this location.

We wish to thank all our customers and guests that have honored us with your business and trust these past 5 years.  It has been a pleasure to get to know some of you personally, and most importantly, seeing the smiles on your children’s faces as they enjoyed their time here.
For those customers that have had parties or events disrupted during this forced lockdown period, we will be in touch with you personally over the coming weeks to discuss compensating you for any deposits you may have with us.  There are 2 other nearby BounceU locations; Paramus, NJ and Elmsford, NY which will be re opening as soon as allowed by each State.
We also hope that once things can re open that you and your kids can help support the other small businesses in the community that are all suffering as well, such as; Screamin Parties, Turtle Boo and others.  They need your support now more than ever.
We wish you and your families all the best. – Jon
