Clarkstown PD’s Reilly and K9 Yara Graduate Orange County Sheriff’s K9 Academy

NEW CITY, NY – Town of Clarkstown Police Officer Reilly and K9 Yara graduate the challenging Orange County Sheriff’s K9 Academy.

The academy is a 16-week program where some of the training topics covered are obedience, missing person tracking, evidence recovery and criminal apprehension. In the near future PO Reilly and K9 Yara will continue their training at OC Sheriff’s K9 Explosive Detection Academy, which is a 12-week program

Spring Valley Police Department’s Lt. Chignard Noelizaire Graduates from FBI National Academy

SPRING VALLEY, NY — Spring Valley Police Department Lieutenant Chignard Noelizaire has joined an elite group of law enforcement professionals after graduating from the highly prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Lt. Noelizaire was one of 239 officers selected from across the globe to complete the intensive 10-week program.

The 294th session of the FBI National Academy featured law enforcement leaders from 48 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, 14 international countries, six military organizations, and four federal civilian agencies. This milestone places Lt. Noelizaire among the top echelon of law enforcement professionals worldwide.

“This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of family and the trust and encouragement from my agency,” said Lt. Noelizaire. “I am deeply honored to represent the Spring Valley Police Department on such a distinguished platform.”

Lt. Noelizaire’s graduation is a proud moment for the Spring Valley Police Department, reflecting the agency’s commitment to professional development, leadership, and community-oriented policing.
