Please join us for a free child car seat safety inspection on Sunday, April 27th from 9-12 at the Nanuet Fire Dept. Substation located at 11 Renee Ln., Bardonia. This event is by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment by using the link below:
We will have certified technicians available to explain safety features, weight and height requirements, and best practices related to car seats and other general safety issues. We look forward to seeing you!

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
