Around 6:30 pm on Tuesday January 21, 2019, a commuter train struck a tractor trailer near Washington Avenue in Sloatsburg, New York.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by the MTA. There are no reported injuries to the driver or any passengers on the train.

There was extensive damage to the tractor trailer, it was bent sideways like a pretzel.

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
