Daniel Kelkay of Spring Valley High School Commits To Northeastern University

SPRING VALLEY, NY – Spring Valley High School track athlete Daniel Kelkay who has committed to attend Northeastern University on an academic scholarship.

Kelkay, a senior, is graduating in the top ten of his class at Spring Valley High School. He has a passion for mathematics and is referred to as Mr. Math. At Northeastern University, he will be enrolling in their Honors program.

The dramatic victory not only crowns the Hawks as Region 15 champions, but also earns them a spot in the East District Championship, which will take place this weekend in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
