VALLEY COTTAGE, NY: Jon Ross is a music teacher at Bardonia Elementary School. On Friday at 8:25am, June 9th, while walking South on Kings Highway, he was severely injured by a fire hose during a fire emergency after a passing driver drove over the hose. A firefighter also suffered injures during the incident.
