Haverstraw (NY) vs. Washington, DC Live on ESPN Tonight at 7pm

BRISTOL, Connecticut – The Haverstraw Little League baseball team, who are New York State Champions, take on Northwest Washington, Washington D.C. in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Semifinal game #1.

The team is comprised of 11 – 12 year old boys from Haverstraw, New York. They are currently on a 13-game winning streak that started from district, to sectional and through the state tournaments. The team has been dominate, winning by an average of nearly seven runs, including five mercy-rule victories.

The game be broadcast LIVE on ESPN at 7 pm.

On Monday, Haverstraw (who is representing the state of New York) defeated Delaware 9 – 6 in extra innings. “In my 3-4 years with this team, it was one of the wildest [games I’ve been a part of],” said Haverstraw Manager Jason Fabbri.

The winner of tonight’s game advances to Saturday’s Championship game. And one step closer to the Little League World Series. Let’s go Haverstraw!

Rockland’s Kelly Brady, North Rockland HS Grad, Signs to play professional soccer for Athlone FC in Ireland.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of Kelly Brady for the 2025 season! Kelly Brady is a striker hailing from Rockland County, New York, in her high-school career she scored 78 times and assisted 39 times, alongside winning Section 1 and being named Player of the Year in 2019. In college she played for both CCSU and the University of Mississippi, where she scored 25 times and assisted 15 times. She has also played with the Irish U19 squad in 2019 scoring 5 times in 7 games! “
