MAHWAH, NJ – On February 17, 2020 at 3:20 pm a Propane tank explosion caused a fire in the rear of a home on Doremus Road in Mahwah, New Jersey.

Rockland County Fire Departments crossed the border into New Jersey to provide mutual aid. Departments on scene were; Suffern, Tallman, Ramsey, Upper Saddle River, Wyckoff, Hillburn, and Monsey.

The back of the home had extensive damage. At this time, there were no injuries to any occupants of the home or responding firefighters.

Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons die in house fire

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
