On Saturday, March 20, 2021 in the Village of Nyack, Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick honored Bill Batson and Donna Timm of the NYACK MASK makers for making over 16,000 masks for essential workers and members of the community.

A year ago today, Bill Batson and Donna Timm created the Nyack Mask Maskers to provide desperately needed masks for essential workers. They would organize hundreds of volunteers from all over Rockland County.

“People who are here today, whose lives have been saved because of the work of the Nyack Mask Makers” said Senator Reichlin-Melnick
