Orangetown Supervisor Chris Day Requests NYSDOT to Immediately Evaluate 304 Guardrails in Wake of Fatal Car Accident

ORANGETOWN, NY- Town of Orangetown Supervisor Chris Day has formally requested that the New York State Department of Transportation immediately evaluate the guardrails on the stretch of Route 304 in question for modification or improvement so as to prevent such a tragedy from ever occurring again.

On Sunday, a fatal accident on Route 304 in Pearl River. Pearl River High School Senior Altin Nezaj and 15 year old Saniha Cekic have passed away. The driver, Aisha Radoncic, is currently in serious condition at Westchester Medical Center.
