A happy policeman rescuing ducklings

RAMAPO, NY: The kind residents of Cobblestone Farm Court contacted the Ramapo Police Department to report ducklings that had fallen down a storm drain. Without hesitation, Officer Zalewski got his boots wet and began the rescue operation.

We are happy to report that, with the assistance of Tallman Volunteer Fire Department and some good samaritans, the ducklings were all safely reunited with their mother.

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
