Spring Valley HS’s Star WR Jayden Cook Signs With Stony Brook University

SPRING VALLEY, NY – Spring Valley High School’s Star Football player Jayden Cook signs with Stony Brook University.

Cook, who originally started high school at North Rockland, transferred to Spring Valley for his senior year. This year he would do a prep year at Milford Academy (NY). You can watch his 2020 highlights below.

After many high level Division 1 offers, he choose Stony Brook University over UMass. Cook also had offers from Syracuse, Rutgers, and Temple.

North Rockland Varsity Girls Bowling Team Capture The Division 1 Championship with Thrilling Final Victory

The competition at Strike and Spare Lanes in Syracuse, NY was intense, with the girls battling all the way to the final frames. In an exciting finish during game six, they never gave up and secured the championship victory. The eight girls—Gianna Varano, Lily Conrad, Riley Ferguson, Penelope Hernandez, Sophia Vinci, Kaylee Dabreau, Jane DeSimone, and Lilianna Boulay—showed incredible teamwork throughout the event. Individually, Captain Gianna Varano bowled the highest game (290) and series (1359) of the competition. Riley Ferguson was honored with the Section 1 Sportsmanship Award.
