NEW CITY, NY – Chief McCullagh has served the residents of Clarkstown for the last 32 years with honor and dignity.

He worked his way up the ranks of the police department from Patrol Officer, Investigator, Patrol Sergeant, Special Operations Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, Administrative Lieutenant and as a member of the Rockalnd County Narcotics Task Force and the Town’s Critical Incident Response Team.
