NEW CITY, NY – Video from the Rockland County Legislature Meeting on September 4, 2019. The room was filled to maximum capacity at 250 people and at the time of the beginning of the meeting, there were over 150 more waiting online to attend the meeting. The interest in the meeting was so strong that people kept waiting online and would patiently waited for people to leave to have their seats.
