HAVERSTRAW, NY – Village of Haverstraw Mayor Mike Kohut, Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski and Rockland County Executive Ed Day were joined by the Village Town Board for the official grand opening of the new playground at Emeline Park.

Assemblyman Zebrowski was able to secure $85,000 in funding to assist in the construction of the playground, including integral equipment and surfacing. Sitting right alongside the Hudson River, the new state-of-the-art park includes activities for all ages including swings, slides, and interactive games.

The Assemblyman also brought along his daughter Reagan who tested out the playground, and seemed to give it a thumbs up!
