NANUET, NY — Construction is well underway for the highly anticipated Chick-fil-A restaurant coming to Nanuet, bringing excitement to fast food fans and local residents alike. Located at 70 E Route 59 Nanuet, NY, the new Chick-fil-A is poised to become a major draw in the heart of Nanuet and Clarkstown.
The project broke ground earlier this year and has made significant progress in recent weeks. Heavy machinery, framing, and foundation work have transformed the previously vacant lot into an active construction zone. Crews are now working on erecting the main structure of the building, with signage up and the drive-thru installations work in progress.
This location will be the first stand-alone Chick-fil-A in Rockland County, residents who previously had to travel to locations at the Sloatsburg rest stop or in New Jersey.
Chick-fil-A is known for its signature chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and customer service — and the Nanuet location is expected to feature a double drive-thru lane to help manage high traffic volumes, especially during lunch and dinner hours.
While an official opening date has not yet been announced, sources close to the project estimate a grand opening in early fall of 2025.
