The Rockland County Legislature congratulates the recipients of this year’s Rockland County Tourism Grants! Tourism plays an important role in Rockland’s overall economy, encouraging residents and visitors from outside our county to enjoy our restaurants, museums and arts offerings, while contributing to our economic base in the process. This year, a total of $316,000 will go to 30 organizations dedicated to promoting Rockland County as a premier destination. All awardees must meet certain criteria and then show they met the goals they set.
