Congratulations Emily Rodriguez Nyack High School NY State Champion In Wrestling

This is a historic moment as this was the first ever NYSPHSAA Girls Wrestling Championship! Emily is also the first Nyack HS State Champ since Marcel Cooper won his title in 1988. Emily won all four matches via pin, beating an undefeated All-American and Nationally-ranked wrestler to win the championship.

THEME: Artwork inspired by each artist’s unique interpretation of rebellion. 
The art of rebellion serves as a powerful critique, using visual expression to question authority and inspire social change.
 
DEADLINE: MARCH 31, 2025
DETAILS:
– Open to all mediums.
– Artwork submitted must be original and created by the applicant.
– All artwork must be for sale.
– Artists may submit ONE entry for consideration.
– Title your high res jpeg image with your name and title of work.
– Nudity accepted but will be modified for posting on social media.
ELIGIBILITY: The online gallery exhibit is open to all artists, 18 years or older.
NO SIZE REQUIREMENT. 2D & 3D works accepted.
ONLINE ART RECEPTION: Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 7:00pm.
HONORARY AWARDS: First Place, Second Place, Third Place, Honorable Mention, People’s Choice.
