April 27th is National Drug Take Back Day
Rockland County Department of Mental Health is joining the DEA and local law enforcement agencies for National Drug Take Back Day on April 27th from 10 am to 12 pm.
Bring your unwanted and expired prescription drugs to the following locations and local police officers will make sure they are disposed of safely:
CVS Pharmacy
280 South Main Street, New City
330 Route 304, Bardonia
12 West Ramapo Road, Garnerville
20 Filors Lane, Stony Point
According to the DEA, almost 40,000 pounds of prescription drugs were collected in NY during last April’s Take Back Day.
