Bardonia Street Dedicated for FDNY Lt. Randy Wiebicke

BARDONIA, NY – The Town of Clarkstown held a ceremony on Saturday to officially announce the street dedication in memory of FDNY Lt. Randy Wiebicke, who passed away from illness related to the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001.

Wiebicke, was a 21-year veteran of the FDNY. He passed away in 2011 from a 9/11 related cancer.

Eastlyn Drive in Bardonia, will now forever be named after a Rockland County hero.

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
