Century 21 in Pearl River Holds Grand Opening Ceremony

PEARL RIVER, NY – County Executive Ed Day and Town of Orangetown Supervisor Kenny attended a ribbon cutting ceremony and kick off celebration of the grand opening of Century 21 Elite Realty on Central Avenue in Pearl River.

 

 

Representatives from Congressman Mike Lawler’s office and Assemblyman John McGowan’s office, as well as members of the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce were in attendance. Best of luck to Vesna, her agents and her staff!

Palisades Mall Reopens The Iconic Ferris Wheel

The 60-foot tall attraction is the only indoor Ferris Wheel in New York. It is now open daily in the Food Court from 12:30 to 8 PM. The mall will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, January 18th from 12 to 3 PM that’ll feature live entertainment and half-price rides for all guests. The Ferris Wheel had been part of Palisades Center since the mall opened in 1998. The carousel was removed in 2021 and replaced with a rock climbing wall. – WRCR.

This is their first location and are proudly representing Rockland County. “Uptown Coffee Bar is a new coffee shop in West Nyack, across from the Palisades Mall. UCB will differentiate itself by having a fun urban/multicultural vibe and friendly service. Our coffee is sourced from La Colombe, a specialty roaster that offers coffee/espresso that is a step up from Starbucks, Dunkin’, and the other coffee shops in the area.”
