NEW CITY, NY – The Town of Clarkstown holds a street dedication ceremony in Memory of Army Medic James Anthony Margro KIA in Vietnam.

Badger Street in New City, the street that Margro grew up on, now will forever be honored with his memory.

On May 13, 1969, Spec. Margro was killed in action when his chopper went down during ‘Operation Apache Snow’ while serving as a Medical Corpsman with the HQ & SPT Co. of the 326th Medical Battalion, 101st Airborne Division.
