After Judges Ruling, Town of Clarkstown Officially Owns The Grace Baptist Church

NEW CITY, NY – Earlier today, NYS Supreme Court Justice Paul Marx approved the sale of Grace Baptist Church to the Town of Clarkstown.

Clarkstown Supervisor Hoehmann was joined by Deputy Supervisor Borelli to sign the closing papers this afternoon in Town Hall. After over a year of meetings and court battles, The Town of Clarkstown officially owns Grace Baptist Church.
