Multiple Vehicle Accident by Exit 11 on NYS Thruway Causes Significant Traffic Delays

NYACK, NY – TRAFFIC ALERT: State Police are currently on scene of a multi vehicle accident southbound on the NYS Thruway, just south of exit 11.

VIDEO BELOW

The accident occurred around 2:20pm on Wednesday. Crews from the Nyack Community Ambulance Corps & Nanuet Community Ambulance Corps. responded to the scene to treat injured motorists. Unknown the extent to any injuries or the cause of the accident at this time.

The left lane is currently closed. Expect traffic delays. (2:40pm)

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Tragedy in Orange County: A 50-year-old dad and his two young sons died in a house fire on Saturday night on Pulaski Highway in Goshen, located in Orange County, NY.

Both sons were nonverbal and had autism, according to News 12.

State police said emergency crews arrived at the fire just after 8 p.m. and found the home completely engulfed in flames. One neighbor said he saw about 30 trucks that were filled with responders.
